A rule enforcer is only useful if it leaves ordinary conversation alone, so we test ModDog against thousands of everyday messages that real people wrote and that researchers later collected and shared with the public. We are grateful to everyone who put these collections together and made them free to use.
We use them only to test how often ModDog gets things wrong. None of this text is used to train ModDog, and none of it came from anyone's Discord server. From each collection we took a filtered selection of messages and removed personal details such as names and phone numbers where we found them.
